Join us for Yoga or Yoga Tone with Karla Desjardins!

Yoga runs Wednesday nights from 6:00pm - 7:00pm:
This class is a basic hatha Yoga flow with seated warm up, sun salutations, standing & seated poses, cool down, relaxation & final resting pose Savasana. Open to all levels, beginners welcome! Please bring a Yoga mat and dress in comfortable clothes.

Yoga Tone runs Wednesday nights from 7:05pm - 8:05pm:
This class is a Yoga flow with a focus on strength and cardio. It will have seated warm up, sun salutations, standing & seated poses, cool down, relaxation & final resting pose Savasana. Open to all levels, beginners welcome! Please bring a Yoga mat and dress in comfortable clothes.

PUNCH CARDS ARE VALID FOR USE STARTING 7/2/2025

Sign up for a 5 or 10-class punch card and attend on the Wednesdays you're available! Punches can be used toward Yoga and/or Yoga Tone. When you purchase a punch card, you will not be issued a physical card. They will be kept on site and tracked by our yoga instructor. Refill your punches by calling, emailing, or sending a check with a note to Brooklyn Parks & Recreation. (You may also bring cash or a check to class and re-fill your card there!)

**All punches expire on June 30, 2026**
