Programs

Join Christina Vogt for a variety of running workouts on Saturday mornings in Prince Hill Park.
Challenge yourself and change your routine. Intervals, hills, trail runs, timed runs and more! This program is great for accountability, encouragement, new workout ideas and to run safely.

Join and run to prepare:
-for your first 5k, 10k, half marathon, or marathon
-improve speed
-increase endurance
-add distance

All fitness Levels and speeds welcome!!!
Participant goals range from improving their health, completing a 5k, and training for a marathon.
Program is open to adults 18 and over.
