Join us for Dance Fitness with Tina Champagne!

Dance Fitness is a fun cardio workout routine which integrates a range of movements that target different body parts and provides a full-body workout. Combined with upbeat music, it encompasses several exercises and activities while incorporating various dance styles to appeal to people of all ages and skill levels. Dance fitness workouts can improve cardiovascular health, give you more confidence and energy, help build muscle strength and toning, lower stress levels, and engage your mind. Come dance with us to help meet your mind and body fitness goals!

You must pay online with a card at the time of registration in order to attend the class you're walking in for. There is no cash or check payment options for walk-ins*
